Alyuminiy dumaloq barni quyish jarayoni
Eritish va quyish jarayoni eritish, tozalash, nopoklikni olib tashlash, gazsizlantirish, cürufni olib tashlash va quyishni o'z ichiga oladi. Asosiy jarayon:
(1) Tarkibi: Ishlab chiqariladigan maxsus qotishma navlariga ko'ra, turli xil qotishma komponentlarini qo'shish miqdorini hisoblang va turli xil xom ashyolarni oqilona moslang.
(2) Eritma: Tayyorlangan xom ashyo texnologik talablarga muvofiq eritish pechida eritiladi va eritmadagi cüruf va gaz gazsizlantirish va cürufni tozalash usullari orqali samarali ravishda chiqariladi.
(3) quyish: ma'lum quyma jarayoni sharoitida alyuminiy suyuqligi sovutiladi va chuqur quduq quyish tizimi orqali dumaloq to'qimalarining turli xil xususiyatlariga quyiladi.
